Mac OS X Speciality level out of ten: Hopefully you can get things up-and-running again - if not, I am sure plenty of people on these boards will have the answers if you need help. It might be worthwhile making sure that you have the same intel drivers as other owners of the CX - evidently they have been able to get their printers working with their MacBooks so it shouldn't be too difficult and you'll have things working properly soon. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Scanning 10 or so pages into a single pdf file is a nice capability to have! The only problem I ran into was getting it to work with my new MacBook. Aug 20, 9: Jul 3, 6: I will try your suggestion immediately Has anyone epeon a similar problem and then finally solved it?

Nov 15, So for anybody who's maybe running into this problem, you have to install 2 new drivers, both the Print and the Scan, otherwise the computer still won't recognize the printer. So I spent quite a little bit of time on the Epson website and with Epson's customer service, and of course in the end it was something quite simple.

After installing the Intel versions for both the print and scanner drivers for Epson's CX, I was still unable to find that printer on the printer list.
